I’ve been using MyFitnessPal to track my calorie intakes and burns on a daily basis since October 9, 2012 — the day I started P90X. Today, I hit 225 consecutive days of BRINGING IT and holding myself accountable!
Like I said before, diet and nutrition contributes to 80% of your fitness success. It’s imperative that we keep track of our diet so that we stay within the “budget”. MyFitnessPal is a great tool to keep track of what you eat, their macro and micro nutrients, the amount of calorie you took in and burned a day.
