Guess what? I got tired of waiting for the weight equipment so I decided to start without it. Day 1 consists of 50 some minutes of Chest and Back, and 15 minutes of Ab Ripper X. I did about 15 push ups the first set and went down to 10 and then 8. My arms (or shoulders or triceps. It was too painful to tell) were so weak that I collapsed after the 3rd set. Tony says “key is to pace yourself in the first round…”. I didn’t even finish the first round round.
I didn’t do the pull-ups because I don’t have pull-up bar so I skipped that part. But I did do about 30-40% of the Ab Ripper X moves. There were 11 different routines and each consists of 25 reps. I did about 8 to 10 reps each. My whole body hurts!
Tonight is Plyometrics.
