P90X3 Review: Week 10 Day 1 – Decelerator
The crane push ups are impossible!! I couldn’t figure out how to get one of my legs up in the air while the other rested on an arm. Has any of you guys accomplished that? I added ARX in the end for the abs
I weighed myself this morning and noticed that I dropped two pounds since last week. I was a bit disappointed because I wanted to gain mass in this round and I’ve been getting 200 calorie/day surplus so I should have been gaining weight. I wonder if that was because of me being sick last week. I’ll keep monitoring this closely.
P90X3 Review: Week 10 Day 2 – MMX
Gladiator, sprawl, jab, cross, hook, uppercut = awesomeness! As a matter of fact, any MMX moves with sprawl in it got my heart racing really fast. I’m surprised how much calories I’ve and can burn doing this while loving every single minute of it!
P90X3 Review: Week 10 Day 3 – Eccentric Upper
Eccentric upper done!! My arms and shoulders killing me! I pretty much matched all the reps except for pull/chip up where I only did 7. I couldn’t pull myself up after 6-7 reps and after doing 35lb for presses and rocket launchers. I was sweating like crazy as well. But all are good!!
P90X3 Review: Week 10 Day 4 – Pilate X
I had to do pilate X instead of triometric due to some soreness in my right knee. I didn’t want to risk it So I tried very hard to keep my legs straight during the pilates moves and I got a little better. My quads and hip flexor were screaming because I was really stretching them hard LOL. When it comes to drawing the alphabets, I was again able to do it without breaks despite the fact that my lower abs were still a little sore from the ARX the day before. I’m going to try to do trio tonight.
P90X3 Review: Week 10 Day 5 – Triometrics
Triometrics done!! My chicken legs are now rock solid. Seriously, I’m seeing quite a bit more veins in my legs but size wise it’s still relatively small.
P90X3 Review: Week 10 Day 6 – MMX
Since I did legs yesterday, I swapped out eccentric lower with this upper body workout I love this workout so much I can do it every other day!
