P90X3 Review: Week 11 Day 1 – Decelerator & ARX
Kicked off Week 11 with Decelerator & ARX. Crane cracker pushups totally my butt. I haven’t been able to even one. Putting one leg on one tricep while lifting another one straight off the floor?!
Has any of you tried that yet?
P90X3 Review: Week 11 Day 2 – Agility X
Worked the big muscle groups today… thighs primarily but I also enjoyed the plyo line pushups in the end. I’m seeing a bit more vascularity on my thighs that I’ve never seen before. my abs are a bit sore from yesterday’s ARX. Hope it’ll get better when I do abs again tomorrow.
P90X3 Review: Week 11 Day 3 – The Challenge & ARX
The Challenge and ARX done!! 25/8 was my starting number but I had to lower to 20/6. Ughh.. My abs are so sore from the other day now I’ve burning arms I’m feeling great!
P90X3 Review: Week 11 Day 4 – X3 Yoga
X3 Yoga done! I felt really good today and I was back to 100% when I did The Challenge last night Now, yoga is a bit of a downer but I wasn’t going to let that impact my momentum. I added some pilate X moves, e.g. alphabet soup to the workout to make it a bit more interesting!! LOL.
P90X3 Review: Week 11 Day 5 – Incinerator
Incinerator done!! When you can’t squeeze out another push up, you know you’ve taken muscle failure to the next level
P90X3 Review: Week 11 Day 6 – Total Synergistic
I didn’t get home from work until almost 11 last night so I didn’t get a chance to workout before bed time Anyway, I just wrapped up w11d6 total synergistic. My pull up number is getting back to 10 for most sets, finally lol. I remember it took me a while to reach that number during my first round of x. I wonder when I can get to 15 but it’s my next target, regardless.
